An exceptional experience, full of discoveries, but also very hard to live. I swared but shortly later changed my mind, that I would never come back to work in arab or muslim countries. Here it's like a golden prison, we're living in a huge and beautifull villa and are spending our days in the Hilton Club House. But the majority of local people that were at first looking sympathetic and friendly were very false indeed. Very soon, we are learning discretion and stay mostly with american and british expatriates, russian dancers and the national football coach. Our thursday night parties are very soon the place to be for party lovers who are used to go to Hilton and the party usualy goes on until the Imam calls for the morning prayer.

Our Captain Michel Bonin is now scuba diving instructor in Dominican Republic and i dearly hope to visit him some day soon. I never had any more contact with Raphael guereiro and Mike ?. Tim Kennedy made a diving website and and I'll do what it takes too find it back soon.
