To go to Cepe from Caracas :

Go to "Terminal de La Bandera" from plaza Venezuela with Metro line 3

Take a bus to Maracay Terminal

In Maracay Terminal take a bus to Choroni

Go to the harbour in Choroni and boats will take you to Chuao and Cepe
